Always clean thoroughly with warm soapy water (under 60°C) after each use, and rinse well. Wash your hands before and after feeding.

If you’d like to exchange or return a product within that period, we’ll happily credit you for the cost of the item (excluding shipping costs both ways).

We unfortunately cannot accept any returns or exchanges after 7 calendar days, and the matter will be considered closed.

When sending items back, please only use clear tape to seal boxes — no masking, brown, or courier adhesive tape will be accepted.
