SnoutBox is committed to ensuring your order reaches you safely, efficiently, and in perfect condition. Please review the following terms relating to the shipping and delivery of products purchased through our website.
1. Fulfilment & Multiple Deliveries
SnoutBox fulfils orders from various warehouses and supplier partners.
As a result, your order may arrive in multiple deliveries depending on product availability and location.
2. Delivery Timeframes
In-stock items:

Central areas: Estimated 2–10 business days

Outlying areas: Estimated 5–12 business days

Special freight items: Estimated 15–21 business days
Made-to-order / out-of-stock items:

The estimated dispatch date will be displayed on the relevant product page.

We’ll make every effort to dispatch your order as soon as possible.
Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates only. While we will notify you if delays occur, SnoutBox shall not be held liable for any losses, costs, or damages resulting from late delivery.
3. Delivery Address & Courier Contact
Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
For special freight or bulky items, the courier may contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery time.
If delivery cannot be completed, you may be required to:

Collect your order from the courier’s depot (where applicable), or
-
Re-arrange delivery for another time.
In these cases, additional fees such as storage or re-delivery costs may apply. SnoutBox reserves the right to recover these costs or, alternatively, cancel the order and refund you the purchase price less applicable charges.
4. Proof of Delivery
Upon delivery, you may be required to:

Sign a delivery note, or
-
Provide a One-Time PIN (OTP) sent to the mobile number listed on your order.
This serves as proof that the products listed on the waybill have been received.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items on Delivery
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@snoutbox.com and include clear photos of the issue.
This helps us resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Please do not contact the manufacturer or supplier directly, as this can delay resolution of your claim.
6. Passing of Risk
All risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.
If delivery is delayed because you fail to accept or arrange collection, risk passes on the date delivery would otherwise have occurred.
From that point, SnoutBox will not be liable for any loss, damage, or destruction of the products.
7. Failed Delivery or Collection
If you are unavailable to receive your delivery or fail to collect the products within a reasonable time (two weeks from the first delivery attempt), SnoutBox may:

Charge reasonable storage and related costs; and/or
-
Cancel the order and refund the amount paid, less:
-
A 15% administration fee, and
-
Any delivery, storage, or handling costs incurred.

8. Limitations of Liability
Once your order has been dispatched to the courier, delivery timeframes are outside of our direct control.
While we will assist in resolving courier-related delays wherever possible, SnoutBox shall not be held liable for any losses, costs, or expenses resulting from late delivery.
9. Product Suitability
It is your responsibility to ensure that products purchased are suitable for your intended use.
SnoutBox does not warrant that any product will meet your individual requirements unless explicitly stated in writing.
10. Stock Availability
Occasionally, items may become unavailable after an order has been placed. In such cases, SnoutBox will:

Suggest a suitable alternative product, or
-
Issue a store credit or refund to your original payment method.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
