Directions for Use:

• Place your dog on a mat, newspaper, or groom outdoors to catch loose hair.
• Ensure both you and your dog are relaxed before starting.
• Run the rake gently through the coat, applying no more pressure than brushing your own hair.
• Saw back and forth lightly to remove undercoat tangles and loose hair.
• Finish grooming with a Mikki brush or comb for a smooth, layered coat.

If you’d like to exchange or return a product within that period, we’ll happily credit you for the cost of the item (excluding shipping costs both ways).

We unfortunately cannot accept any returns or exchanges after 7 calendar days, and the matter will be considered closed.

When sending items back, please only use clear tape to seal boxes — no masking, brown, or courier adhesive tape will be accepted.
