Feeding Guide

Kittens begin nibbling solid food at 3–4 weeks. After weaning, PRO PLAN® Kitten can be fed moistened or dry. Adjust feeding amounts to maintain ideal body condition, considering age, activity, and environment.

Transition Instructions

Transition gradually over 7–10 days. Feed increasing amounts of PRO PLAN® while decreasing the previous food to allow the digestive system to adapt and prevent stomach upset.

Most orders take 1–3 working days to deliver after dispatched, depending on your location. Outlying areas may take longer than city centres. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

Our return policy lasts 7 calendar days.

If you’d like to exchange or return a product within that period, we’ll happily credit you for the cost of the item (excluding shipping costs both ways).

We unfortunately cannot accept any returns or exchanges after 7 calendar days, and the matter will be considered closed.

When sending items back, please only use clear tape to seal boxes — no masking, brown, or courier adhesive tape will be accepted.
