* Serve dry or lightly moistened. Seal the bag tightly and store in a cool, dry place to maintain freshness.

Feed twice daily and always provide clean, fresh water.

Transition Instructions

When switching to ACANA™, gradually introduce the new food over a 5–7 day period. Start by mixing 25% ACANA with 75% old food and increase the ACANA amount daily until your dog is eating 100% new food by day 7. This helps avoid digestive upset.

Most orders take 1–3 working days to deliver after dispatched, depending on your location. Outlying areas may take longer than city centres. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

Return Policy in short:

Our return policy lasts 7 calendar days.

If you’d like to exchange or return a product within that period, we’ll happily credit you for the cost of the item (excluding shipping costs both ways).

We unfortunately cannot accept any returns or exchanges after 7 calendar days, and the matter will be considered closed.

When sending items back, please only use clear tape to seal boxes — no masking, brown, or courier adhesive tape will be accepted.
