Recommended daily portions based on expected adult body weight and puppy age:

Feeding Tips: Puppies under 3 months: 3–4 moistened meals daily. From 3–6 months: reduce moistening and feed 3 meals daily. From 6–18 months: feed twice daily. Remove uneaten food after 10–15 minutes. Adjust portions to maintain a healthy weight.

Transition Instructions

Switch gradually over 7 days: start with 25% Ultra Pet Optiwoof and 75% of your puppy’s current food, increasing Ultra Pet every 2 days until fully transitioned. This prevents digestive upset.

Most orders take 1–3 working days to deliver after dispatched, depending on your location. Outlying areas may take longer than city centres. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

Return Policy in short:

Our return policy lasts 7 calendar days.

If you’d like to exchange or return a product within that period, we’ll happily credit you for the cost of the item (excluding shipping costs both ways).

We unfortunately cannot accept any returns or exchanges after 7 calendar days, and the matter will be considered closed.

When sending items back, please only use clear tape to seal boxes — no masking, brown, or courier adhesive tape will be accepted.
