Feeding Guide

Feed according to your dog’s age, size, and activity level. Adjust portions to maintain an ideal body weight. Always provide fresh water.

Transition Instructions

Transition gradually over 7 days. Begin with 25% new food mixed with 75% old food, increasing the new food portion each day until fully switched. This helps prevent digestive upset.

Most orders take 1–3 working days to deliver after dispatched, depending on your location. Outlying areas may take longer than city centres. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

Return Policy in short:

Our return policy lasts 7 calendar days.

If you’d like to exchange or return a product within that period, we’ll happily credit you for the cost of the item (excluding shipping costs both ways).

We unfortunately cannot accept any returns or exchanges after 7 calendar days, and the matter will be considered closed.

When sending items back, please only use clear tape to seal boxes — no masking, brown, or courier adhesive tape will be accepted.
