Assembly Instructions: From the back, unscrew the bolt from the threaded piece. Remove the funnel piece and set aside. Position cup on kennel door from inside and hold in place. Replace the funnel onto the threaded piece, then turn the bolt clockwise to tighten. Fill kennel cup with fresh water.

If you’d like to exchange or return a product within that period, we’ll happily credit you for the cost of the item (excluding shipping costs both ways).

We unfortunately cannot accept any returns or exchanges after 7 calendar days, and the matter will be considered closed.

When sending items back, please only use clear tape to seal boxes — no masking, brown, or courier adhesive tape will be accepted.
