How do I choose the right size?

How do I help my dog acclimatise to a head collar?
Introduce it gradually using positive reinforcement. Allow your dog to place their nose through the loop using treats, then fasten briefly and reward. Increase duration slowly. Distract with treats or toys if your dog tries to remove it.
How can I improve training results?
Be patient and consistent. Stop moving whenever your dog pulls and resume only when the lead is loose. Reward your dog frequently for walking calmly. Pairing with the Halti Training Lead provides additional control.
Can my dog wear it all day?
No. Head collars should not be worn for long periods or while unsupervised. Remove after walks to prevent discomfort or accidental chewing.
Most orders take 1–3 working days to deliver after dispatched, depending on your location. Outlying areas may take longer than city centres. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

Our return policy lasts 7 calendar days.
If you’d like to exchange or return a product within that period, we’ll happily credit you for the cost of the item (excluding shipping costs both ways).
