Feeding Guide

Feed daily as a complete meal for medium breed puppies. Adjust portions based on your puppy’s age, breed, and activity level. Pregnant or nursing dogs may require up to 2–4 times their usual amount. Always provide fresh water.

Transition Instructions

Switch foods gradually over 7 days. Start with 25% Hill’s Science Plan Puppy Lamb & Rice mixed with 75% of the previous food, and increase the new food portion each day until the transition is complete.

Most orders take 1–3 working days to deliver after dispatched, depending on your location. Outlying areas may take longer than city centres. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

Return Policy in short:

Our return policy lasts 7 calendar days.

If you’d like to exchange or return a product within that period, we’ll happily credit you for the cost of the item (excluding shipping costs both ways).

We unfortunately cannot accept any returns or exchanges after 7 calendar days, and the matter will be considered closed.

When sending items back, please only use clear tape to seal boxes — no masking, brown, or courier adhesive tape will be accepted.
