Note on Chewing Styles:

Dogs chew differently based on their temperament:

• Soft Chewers: Prefer plush toys, rarely destroy toys
• Moderate Chewers: Play with all toys, can be destructive with plush, generally safe with rubber toys
• Strong Chewers: Determined chewers, need durable, interactive rubber toys

Always supervise play until you are sure your puppy will not destroy the toy. Replace any toy with rips, tears, or cuts immediately for safety.

Most orders take 1–3 working days to deliver after dispatched, depending on your location. Outlying areas may take longer than city centres. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

Return Policy in short:

Our return policy lasts 7 calendar days.

If you’d like to exchange or return a product within that period, we’ll happily credit you for the cost of the item (excluding shipping costs both ways).

We unfortunately cannot accept any returns or exchanges after 7 calendar days, and the matter will be considered closed.

When sending items back, please only use clear tape to seal boxes — no masking, brown, or courier adhesive tape will be accepted.
