Care & Usage

Wet your dog’s coat thoroughly with warm water. Rub the shampoo bar between your hands or directly onto the coat to create a rich lather. Massage gently into the fur and skin, focusing on dirty areas. Rinse thoroughly and towel dry or blow dry. Avoid contact with eyes, ears, and nose. For best results, follow with Pet Head Conditioner.

Our return policy lasts 7 calendar days.

If you’d like to exchange or return a product within that period, we’ll happily credit you for the cost of the item (excluding shipping costs both ways).

We unfortunately cannot accept any returns or exchanges after 7 calendar days, and the matter will be considered closed.

When sending items back, please only use clear tape to seal boxes — no masking, brown, or courier adhesive tape will be accepted.
