Directions for Use:

Gently wash your cat, massage the shampoo into the coat, and rinse well. For best results, towel dry or blow dry.

Our return policy lasts 7 calendar days.

If you’d like to exchange or return a product within that period, we’ll happily credit you for the cost of the item (excluding shipping costs both ways).

We unfortunately cannot accept any returns or exchanges after 7 calendar days, and the matter will be considered closed.

When sending items back, please only use clear tape to seal boxes — no masking, brown, or courier adhesive tape will be accepted.
