The kit includes:

• Two "Live Animals" stickers
• Temporary Pet ID tag
• Shipping identification sticker
• 12 zip ties
• Metal bolts and nuts for secure kennel assembly:
  • 12 bolts – 3.2cm
  • 5 bolts – 4.4cm
  • 5 bolts – 2.5cm
  • 12 washers
  • 12 nuts

Many airlines do not accept plastic kennels with plastic nuts or pegs. This kit includes metal nuts and bolts to modify your kennel. Always check with your airline for specific pet travel requirements before departure.

Most orders take 1–3 working days to deliver after dispatched, depending on your location. Outlying areas may take longer than city centres. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

Return Policy in short:

Our return policy lasts 7 calendar days.

If you’d like to exchange or return a product within that period, we’ll happily credit you for the cost of the item (excluding shipping costs both ways).

We unfortunately cannot accept any returns or exchanges after 7 calendar days, and the matter will be considered closed.

When sending items back, please only use clear tape to seal boxes — no masking, brown, or courier adhesive tape will be accepted.
